Products of this enterprise entering TOP 100 of the largest defense companies of the world traditionally are surface warships, different classes, research vessels and also vessels for transportation of goods: destroyers, big anti-submarine ships, frigates, patrol ships and trawlers, tankers, bulk carriers, timber carrying vessels, container carriers, passenger and fishing vessels, tows, ferries and floating docks.

Project Tasks

• Creation of the unified information system;
• Increase in financial transparency of production due to exact planning of reference of costs on the salary for cost value of the executed orders and their comparison with actual;
• Automation of control functions by personnel and payroll;

Project Effect

Personnel management system implementation the BOSS-personnel officer allowed:

• Provide control and variance analysis of actual data from planned and formation on their basis of management decisions;
• Perform the actual arrangement according to the staff list of the enterprise;
• Provide formation of planned wage fund in general on the enterprise;
• Integrate data on payroll and product cost.

According to customer representatives, "increase in relevance and accuracy of the information and also efficiency of formation of data at cost" became the main outcome of an implementation project of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system.
