JSC GLONASS implements the system of remote medical examination at schools of Solnechnogorsk and builds the information and navigation portal of the region

2020: Use of navigation technologies for development of economy of the region

On March 13, 2020 JSC GLONASS reported that it implements a number of projects using modern information and navigation technologies within cooperation with Administration of the city district Solnechnogorsk of the Moscow region. Results of the joint activity directed to stimulation of development of economy of the region were provided by the parties at the meeting which took place on March 13, 2020 at office JSC GLONASS.

Among the implemented projects – the multifunction information and navigation portal, the electronic system of remote medical examination, the complex project of increase in collecting of land and property taxes of the region and also a traffic security system.

For March, 2020 the information and navigation portal of Solnechnogorsk is put into test operation. On the portal information on region sights is provided. The map of the area with the routes expected the most different groups of tourists including handicapped citizens is available to locals and travelers. In mobile application for tourists service of a call of the emergency help in emergencies will be implemented. As a result the Solnechnogorsk city district will receive the tool for implementation of the target program of internal tourism, development of small and medium business of the district.

Thanks to this project process of collection of information for assessment of tourist flow of the district will be simplified, problems of creation of competitive economic environment, inflow of money supply to the region are solved. Business will have an opportunity of customer acquisition and growth of loyalty of buyers. And the offered services will give to users an opportunity of payment and armoring of services without use of services of travel agencies and the international aggregators, told Valery Shinkaryuk, the deputy CEO for a business activity of JSC GLONASS

One more performed project is an electronic system of remote medical examination One Telemedic which is implemented at schools of the Solnechnogorsk city district: the necessary equipment for March, 2020 is installed in three educational institutions of the region. A system is development of JSC GLONASS and successfully works in the large companies which staff should have medical examination daily.

A system allows to provide control of the state of health of pupils. In only 90 seconds the special medical equipment does screening of such indicators as pressure, pulse, growth, weight, temperature, oxygen in blood, the ECG. The pupil can pass test independently, without the assistance of the physician. All results are brought in electronic base automatically, they are available to medics and parents in the online mode. The ready digital analysis system of information will unload medics, will give the chance to remotely exercise medical and parental control behind health of children that is especially relevant during exacerbation of viral infections.

The complex project on updating of land fund and objects of capital construction of the city district Solnechnogorsk provided to JSC GLONASS is implemented on the basis of technologies aero - and space shooting of the earth. The project will allow to reveal unauthorized building and also to raise tax levies due to identification, the analysis and adjustment of information on the land plots and objects of capital construction.

Within cooperation with BDD GLONASS company the pilot project directed to increase in traffic safety on roads of the city district Solnechnogorsk is implemented. During a pilot project a system which work is based on the basis of the analysis of Big Data, such as data on road accident, characteristics of traffic flows, weather and road conditions, transport and operational qualities of highways, etc. will be tested. Digitization of a part of highways of the city district Solnechnogorsk is planned that will allow to increase efficiency of actions for traffic security.

In March, 2019 we signed the agreement on cooperation with JSC GLONASS. Thanks to this interaction we already managed to create the application disclosing tourist attractiveness Solnechnogorya, for March, 2020 there is implementation in educational institutions of the district a pilot project of "The electronic system of medical examinations" for school students which at deficit and strong load of medics will allow to watch of little inhabitants over health. It is sure that our cooperation with JSC GLONASS will be fruitful and in projects in the field of the land relations, inventory of municipal lands, noted the head of the city district Solnechnogorsk Vladimir Sleptsov
