On March 16, 2020 Sintegro consulting reported that "NPF Gefest hands over the reporting with XBRL Factory since 2018.

Staff of fund notes that process of filling and submission of reports to the regulator with start of a system became much simpler.

According to requirements of the Bank of Russia non-state pension funds since 2018 should provide providing accounting and supervising and statistical reportings in the XBRL format.

Accounting in JSC NPF Gefest Is Kept in the Program 1C-UPTsB (developer BKG "IAS"). Collecting of the reporting in the XBRL format to the project with Sintegro was performed manually. Specialists "NPF Gefest noted that such process of reporting was difficult and labor-consuming because of what there was a risk of emergence of errors.

On the project Sintegro's specialists configured the mechanism of data collection from an accounting system of fund taking into account features of accounting of NPF. JSC NPF Gefest notes that in a project deliverable process of filling and submission of reports to the regulator considerably became simpler. Thanks to automation the risk of emergence of errors is excluded.
