2019: Implementation of the IC at stations of emergency medical service

Project Description:

At stations of emergency medical service of the Komi Republic the information system of emergency medical service integrated with a regional segment of a single state information system of health care of the Komi Republic is implemented. At the time of acceptance of a call the manager of service 103, identifying the patient, has an opportunity to address a card file of patients, to obtain information on attachment of the patient to this or that medical organization and even to look at the history of his medical examination.

The Mobile Inform Group company delivered 53 protected productive MIG T8 tablets on the station of ambulance of Syktyvkar, Vorkuta and Sysolsky district. On the tablet computer the mobile application connected to an information system of emergency medical service is installed, the tablet is issued to the senior of crew – the doctor or the paramedic. Information on a call obtained by the manager (the address, an occasion, the additional information about the applicant), comes to crew to mobile application at once.

The navigation system embedded in the application lays an optimal route. Doctors, while go to a call, can study information on a call, and at service of the patient to use the large-scale database of medical reference books of diseases, pathological statuses, medicines and the international qualifier of diseases.

Mobile application gives the chance to online attach multimedia files: photos of documents, the ECG, analysis results, even made in private clinics which in the same second are included in the electronic map of a call, and at hospitalization are sent to that medical organization where will bring the person.

Practically all stages of filling of the electronic card of a call are automated: from primary introduction of information on the patient, his complaints and a status before introduction of the diagnosis and the subsequent transfer to external systems, both regional, and federal levels.

The doctor can work with the card of a call of the patient and consider a consumption of medicines, even in the absence of communication. At signal recovery data are synchronized with the server.
