2020: Creation of the analytical solution on the Microsoft Power BI platform

On April 18, 2020 the Conteq company announced project completion on creation of the analytical solution on the Microsoft Power BI platform for pulp and paper mill of Kam Kartong. The created solution gives an opportunity to investors and company management of Kam Kartong, to gain complete idea of the course of the project of capital reconstruction and expansion of the enterprise with the budget more than 20 billion rubles, in different cuts and at any moment. During the project effective mechanisms of control of terms, financial performance, amount of works and a possibility of determination of a critical path on the project were developed.

According to the company, the management of Kam Kartong and investors sponsoring the largest project on reconstruction of cardboard paper-mill and creation of the production body needed the convenient analytical tool for tracking of key indicators of the course of the project. Prior to the beginning of the project similar reports formed responsibles of Kam Kartong manually that required a set of labor costs and completions. Also, there was a problem of the present difference in approaches to collecting and data view. BI- the solution had to give an opportunity of operational tracking of information on the course of the project and unify methodology of access to data both in the company, and from out of.
