1C: Medicine. Region

The subsystem "Regional Gross Index of Patients" is intended for a personal data storage of the patient and identifiers of the patient in medical information systems of the medical organizations (MIES MO) connected to"1C:Medicine. RMIS".

The subsystem "Integration with services of Uniform State Health Information System" is intended for integration with the following federal state information systems:

• Hub of Services of FER Uniform State Health Information System;
• Prof surveys
• Making an appointment
• Call of the doctor on the house
• REMD Uniform State Health Information System service;
• IEMK Uniform State Health Information System service.

As exchange protocols between "1C: Medicine." And MIES MO is used by RMIS the same protocols which are used for communication "1C: Medicine. RMIS" and Uniform State Health Information System subsystems. As MIES MO can be used:

• 1C: Medicine. Hospital;
• 1C: Medicine. Clinic;
• others MIES MO which support exchange protocols with subsystems of FER, REMD and IEMK EGISZ according to the technical specifications published on the portal of operational interaction of participants of Uniform State Health Information System

RLIS is under construction based on cloud computing. Its creation does not require restructuring of laboratory service of the region.

For small laboratories analyzers are connected directly to a cloud system. Average and large laboratories are locally set the manager of analyzers - it is the intermediary who will ensure unceasing functioning of laboratory in case of short-term problems with availability of DPC.

RLIS allows to create a common information space of laboratory service of the region:

• Uniform NSI
• Uniform base of results of researches
• Control of an expense of reactants
