Biography

Career

Mike worked more than 13 years in the Government of Singapore as the international relations, strategic interaction and free trade specialist. At first it served in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Singapore, and then became a part of Department on development of information communications and media of Singapore where at the time of leaving held the head's position for the international organizations.

Mr. Mike Ong joined Bigo Tecnnology in October, 2019 as the vice president. He heads the division which is responsible for development of corporate brands and interaction with key partners as in Singapore, and worldwide. Mike is an official speaker of BIGO Technology corporation.

Two main fields of activity of Mike in BIGO Technology:

• Mike is responsible for the strategy of gain of corporate and product brands of the company in the world markets: the strimingovy BIGO Live platform, the platform for creation of short videos of Likee and the platform for communication in imo video chats. It also controls initiatives of increase in the involvement of users and implementation of projects of corporate social liability worldwide.
• Mike is engaged in development of the relations with state bodies and key foreign partners for entry into not covered markets, search of the talented personnel in the field of tech and expansion of opportunities for employment at offices of BIGO company worldwide. Mike's task - to provide BIGO Technology the status of the key player in the field of technologies of the future.
