The KORES company was created in 1997 for the purpose of management of non-core assets of Cherkizovo Group. The company constantly expands the assets in the field of a commercial real estate.

The main objective of KORES LLC - ensuring the most effective management of real estate units, including leasing of assets of the residential and commercial sector. The important feature influencing company management is the essential volume and a geographically-distributed structure of objects.

There was a need of implementation of the flexible and easily scalable software product meeting requirements of business. The solution "was as a result selected 1C: Lease and real estate administration. The module for 1C:ERP", developed by the company "ELIAS" together with 1C Company. Specialists of ELIAS helped KORES company to formalize requirements to a system and to prepare it for implementation.

Using a product "1C: Lease and real estate administration. The module for 1C:ERP" the following tasks were solved:

• Maintaining register of a real estate of different categories;
• Accounting of lease agreements with detailed parameters and special conditions;
• Accounting of tripartite lease agreements;
• Package formation and printing of documents on settlement with tenants (acts, invoices);
• Accounting of settlement with tenants using special conditions of calculation;
• Automation of charge of the permanent and variable rent with different conditions of calculation of a permanent and variable part;
• Drawing of documents of settlement on behalf of the owner;
• Formation of the block of the management reporting for effective management of lease of department;
• Possibility of setup of own printed forms of agreements and the applications to them in the MS Word format on the basis of templates connected from external files.

Full automation of a company performance did not require accomplishment of significant completions of the program, all tasks were solved using nastroykiparametr of a system and correct filling of the database. Results of product introduction "1C: Lease and real estate administration.
