Monolit-Rielt LLC is the real estate agency which is a part of investment and construction holding Monolit Group. High standards of a company performance require permanent development including in the field of information technologies. The main objective which was set for itself by the company: bring process of customer relations and management of transactions to higher level. For achievement of an effective objective it was decided to create in the company an information system on the basis of the solution "1C: Realtor. Sales management of the real estate" and to integrate it with the IP telephony system.
In the course of implementation the following tasks were solved:
- Customer relationship management processes are automated;
- Integration with the IP telephony system which provides is executed:
- number identification of phone of an incoming call;
- informing the operator on a call and on the one who calls;
- management of calls using 1C: Enterprise;
- automatic set of the phone number of 1C: Enterprise;
- registration of the missed calls;
- record of telephone conversations with a possibility of their listening from 1C: Enterprise;
- informing clients on events of different type.
- Automated management of a real estate of base;
- Automated management of transactions on the real estate;
- Packets of the management reporting are developed.
Software product "1C: Realtor." together with the IP telephony system process of customer relations allowed to bring sales management of the real estate to other level. Significant sales growth and increase in controllability by the company became a project deliverable. The efficiency of data acquisition and quality of the analyzed information increased. It naturally lowered labor costs of employees and quantity of errors in work. The intuitive interface of a system allowed to train quickly employees and to include them in workflow in any conditions. Besides, thanks to simplicity of scaling of a system, within a year it was succeeded to expand staff of sales department by 4 times.
