2017: Implementation 1C:Enterprise 8. Lease and real estate administration

As activities for leasing of premises are the main for the company, the software solution which was able to afford to control both a managerial, and accounting circuit on real estate administration was required.

Thus cooperation with Elias company was begun. Its product "1C: Lease and real estate administration" formed the basis of the project of automation of the company.

In a project deliverable the following tasks are solved:

• Sitematizirovano maintaining register of a real estate.
• Accounting of lease agreements with detailed parameters and characteristics of the signed agreements is configured.
• Package formation and printing of documents on settlement with tenants (acts, invoices) are configured.
• Accounting of settlement with tenants by additional the analyst is smoothly running: period, object of lease, service in the agreement.
• Charge of a constant and the variable rent is automated.
• The block of the management reporting is created.
• Own printed forms of agreements and the applications to them in the MS Word format on the basis of templates connected from external files are developed.

Project deliverables of implementation became:

• Transparency of operational activity of the company;
• Increase in speed of obtaining analytical data;
• Reduction of input of primary data;
• Reduction of number of errors of data entry;
• Data storage reliability augmentation.
