On April 2, 2020 the Government of the Russian Federation selected 5.2 billion rubles for purchase of cars of ambulance for regions because of threat of spread of a coronavirus of COVID-19., As reported on the website of the cabinet, from a reserve fund of the government budgetary appropriations are allocated for purchase of 1200 vehicles.
Minpromtorg should conduct procurement of machines. In turn, the Ministry of Health will distribute the purchased machines between Russian regions. The Ministry of Industry and Trade should exercise also control of target and effective use of the specified budgetary appropriations and to submit the report till February 1, 2021.
Recommend to the supreme executive bodies of the government of the subjects of the Russian Federation within seven days from the date of entry into force of this order to provide in Minpromtorg of Russia information on the organizations authorized for receiving in the subjects of the Russian Federation of cars of emergency medical service of class C, and the copy of the relevant acts of management officials of the subjects of the Russian Federation, acts of the supreme executive bodies of the government of the subjects of the Russian Federation, the document says. |
