The Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation is monitoring of regional programs of upgrade of health care

"PARUS corporation" implements the project of automation in the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation. A project objective is creation of a monitoring system of regional programs of upgrade of health care.

The developed system is intended for collecting, processing and data analysis about formation and accomplishment of regional programs of upgrade of health care. Thanks to application of such solution systematic observation of the course of regional programs of upgrade of health care for the purpose of performance monitoring and target use of the financial resources allocated for their implementation will be provided. A system will allow to analyze the end socially significant results of accomplishment of these programs.

A system gives ample opportunities of creation and display of analytical reports, including allows to create multiple parameter not procedural reports using OLAP technology.

The solution architecture assumes use of the uniform centralized information data warehouse. At the same time the organization of access for remote users to a system will be performed using different access patterns (terminal clients, Web access, the off-line-client with a possibility of exchange) which choice is performed taking into account the network and system resources which are available for specific organization.

The solution developed for the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation can be adapted to regional features for monitoring of data which is performed by governing bodies of health care of the subjects of the Russian Federation when implementing regional programs of upgrade of health care.
