Biography

Was born in Leningrad (since 1991 - St. Petersburg) on January 22, 1972. Grew in Verkhnevilyuysk, in family of teachers.

In 16 years graduated from physical and mathematical school with the gold medal Verkhnevilyuyskuyu.

In 1994 graduated from physical faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University.

The same year graduated from Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation (since 2010 - the Russian Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA)) in Financial management.

1995: Almazergienbank

1997: State Meeting (Il Tumen) RS(Ya)

In 1997 it is elected the deputy of the State Meeting (Il Tumen) on the Oleneksky single-candidate district. 1998: Return to Almazergienbank

2012: Head of GO "City of Yakutsk"

On March 4, 2012 City of Yakutsk is elected to a position of the head of the city district. In 2013 for the first time in the history of the city the Strategy of social and economic development of Yakutsk until 2032 was accepted.

2018: Head of RS(Ya)

The decree President of Russia Vladimir Putin of May 28, 2018 it is appointed the acting as the Head of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic.

On September 9, 2018 it is elected the Head of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic, having collected 71.40% of the votes which took part in vote on elections. Since September 27, 2018 entered a position.
