2020: Availability in the Russian market

On April 1, 2020 it became known that IT- the company "Jet Infosystems" became the first and only in Russia the partner Morpheus Data included in number of leaders magic quadrant Gartner 2020 in the field of management hybrid cloud of platforms.

As it was reported, for development of cloud competences in Jet Infosystems the test laboratory on private and hybrid clouds where specialists develop is created and test different products in this area, so, will be able to propose the best solutions to customers.

The Morpheus application for management of a hybrid cloud environment (Cloud Management Platform) became one of first "opening" in laboratory. The solution allows to automate selection of computing powers, including environments of testing and development, to control use of own and rented resources, to keep allocation and the cost accounting of divisions on IT infrastructure. Morpheus creates conditions for use of methodology of DevOps, allows developers and employees of the infrastructure block to interact effectively and to manage easily a hybrid cloud.

Experts Jet Infosystems noted several distinctive features of Morpheus in comparison with the analogs presented at the Russian market:

• Short term of implementation. Implementation of Morpheus lasts from 1 to 3 months. The first opportunities for use of the application are available within a week from the moment of deployment start.
• Low cost of ownership. More than 80 boxed integration with corporate services: DNS, management systems for the IP addresses, configuration management, backup, balancers of loading and so forth. It means what can be minimized or at all to refuse programming for full inclusion of Morpheus in a corporate IT landscape and to make changes without failures.
• Capability quickly and flexibly to provide necessary complex services. Possibilities of orchestration help not just to receive the requested virtual machine or group of machines, but also to automatically connect it to adjacent IT systems. For example, to deliver on backup and monitoring, to open network accesses, to register in a system of accounting of configuration units, to configure network balancing and so forth.
• Management and control of IT resources. Use of Morpheus guarantees identity of the created environments for development. The tool also allows to appoint for different user groups of policy of management of approvals, budgets, use of resources, terms of actions, tagging and so forth.
• Support of tasks of DevOps. Morpheus contains the big block of integration with the DevOps tools and managements of containers — Ansible, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git and so forth. Also there is well documentary API- and the CLI interface and support of the Infrastruktura-kak-kod model on the basis of Terraform, AWS CloudFormation and Azure Resource Manager.

For April, 2020 many companies experience the shortage of computing resources, and use of hybrid clouds becomes for them a logical exit. IT departments need the tool which would allow to provide easily and almost instantly environments for testing or development in the conditions of a difficult IT landscape.
