April 6, 2020 The digit reported, the Indian state company Indian Railways ('The Indian railroads'), the owner of public infrastructure and large carrier of network of the railroads, connected to the system of industrial Internet of Things Manager machines at 10 plants. It is the first part of a comprehensive plan of digitalization of the enterprises of holding.

The system of digitalization of production 'Manager' allows to control a status of machines and requires the minimum time for integration into a production infrastructure. The Manager complex provides reliable information about loading of the equipment in real time.

'Digit' implemented a system in September, 2019, performed training of personnel and continues to render technical assistance to the Indian operator far off despite the quarantine regime introduced in India and Russia.

In mechanical engineering the number of the equipment connected to the Manager system increased by 1.7 thousand units and for the beginning of April, 2020 almost reached 10 thousand. In Russia growth happened due to expansion of projects at the acting customers – the enterprises Rostec Rosatom Almaz Antaeus , etc. Abroad India where projects with leading industrial enterprises, including Godrej & Boyce (space industry), Shanthi Gears (production of buses) are started became the key customer of a monitoring system. Among the perspective countries Turkey and Finland where the solution is piloted on several large enterprises,

Machine output increased by 9% at once after installation of a system thanks to control of loading of the equipment and decrease in idle times. The notification of ranking officers about the emergency and requiring attention situations on production, providing analytical reports to the staff of the enterprises and identification of basic reasons of equipment downtime and workers, responsible for them, allowed to increase performance by 11%.

The option of control of energy efficiency allows to carry out operational and objective collection of data on electric power costs by machines in the different modes and statuses, to register and analyze qualitative indexes of an electric power supply system.
