On April 7, 2020 the TrueConf company reported that residents of the Rostov region will be able now without leaving the house to get in MFC legal advice from representatives of authorities in the video conference mode. With it they are helped by the joint service TrueConf and RND SOFT functioning based on a domestic visual communication system of TrueConf Server. Already for the beginning of April, 2020 such opportunity is used by more than three thousand inhabitants of the region.

Service is intended to simplify consultations in the conditions of epidemic of a coronavirus and the related restrictive measures. The solution will be especially useful for inhabitants from the remote municipal entities.

To get remote advice, it is enough to user to become authorized in Legal Assistance Online service via the Gosuslug portal. After that to select a consultation subject, to fill out information on the question and to specify convenient time of a session from available in the schedule. The request will be processed by the staff of MFC, and the representative of responsible department will prepare required materials for irrefragable answer. In due time there will take place consultation in the mode of a high-quality video conferencing TrueConf with the representative of authority.

The solution gained recognition and gratitude of the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko, and began to be implemented in other subjects of the country.
