HeadHunter: Temporary work

2020: Start

On April 8, 2020 HeadHunter announced start of service for time employment of staff of the companies, victims of COVID-19 coronavirus. The innovation is implemented in the form of the special section under the name "Temporary work" in search issue of hh.ru.

This section by the time of its start contains the most demanded vacancies from Internet retailers Ozon and Wildberries. Further there have to be offers of temporary work and from other companies which faced the need for short-term hiring of personnel from the industries, the most affected by introduction of measures for counteraction of a koronavirusny pandemic.

HeadHunter started service for the time device of staff of the companies by couriers

Participate in autpleysment-service and the companies from any spheres of business and regions of the country can receive the corresponding marking of the vacancies.  Participation of the companies mainly from online retail and agroholdings and also engaged production of essential goods and food is expected. Agree about conditions and terms of hiring for temporary work of the party directly.

The number of the most widespread vacancies posted in the section of search of temporary work included couriers, operators of a warehouse, storekeepers and pickers. Thus, it is about professions which are anyway involved in work on the goods delivery on the house. First of all, demand for couriers sharply increased.

Due to the increased demand during spread of a koronavirusny infection and the set self-isolation mode maximum "fork" in the salaries of couriers reached 110–150 thousand rubles a month.

At the same time, as  reported in HeadHunter, the median of the offered salary of couriers in March, 2020 remained at the level of 30 thousand rubles across Russia and 35 thousand rubles — across Moscow.^[1]
