The implementation project started in November, 2005, and in March, 2006 a system was put into commercial operation. At the time of start of the project implementation was performed by Omega Plus 91 company, the partner of BOSS. Personnel systems Ltd. Since September, 2006 system maintenance "BOSS-personnel officer" is completely performed by forces of BOSS. Personnel systems, without participation of technical support service of Omega Plus 91 company.

Project Tasks

• Provide efficiency and uninterrupted operation of registration of personnel, maintaining the staff list, time keeping, payroll and reporting for the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation due to transition to the modern full-function automated control system for personnel and payroll "BOSS-personnel officer";
• Provide HR department, department of work and the salary, settlement department of accounting with qualitative working functionality;
• Create corporate solution of the integrated management system of JSC KADVI due to integration of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system with the ERP system of Microsoft Dynamics AX which is earlier implemented at the enterprise;
• Automate a number of specific tasks taking into account features of conducting personnel records and the staff list at the Kaluga Engine plant.

Project Effect

• Since March, 2006 on JSC Kaluzhsky dvigatel in the mode of commercial operation the full-function automated control system for personnel "BOSS-personnel officer" is successfully used;
• Registration of personnel, maintaining the staff list, time keeping, payroll and reporting for the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation are performed quickly and uninterruptedly in a new system;
• The efficiency of interaction of HR departments and other divisions of the enterprise due to integration of PS the BOSS-personnel officer with the ERP system of Microsoft Dynamics AX increased;
