2020: Adding of synchronization of data with the State Immovable Property Cadastre

On April 8, 2020 MegaFon started the updated Digital double solution "cities". Now service includes synchronization data with state the inventory real estate. It will allow municipalities and the regional authorities to keep account of use of municipal lands more precisely.

"The digital double of the city" is developed especially for increase in efficiency of the municipal and regional authorities. Service allows to analyze a status of life support systems of the city on the 3D map thanks to the connected layers of data – information on traffic congestion, arrangement of warm and water trunks, a status of a roofing covering of housing stock and other data. In total a system contains more than 10 configured layers.

The module of accounting of the land plots belongs to additional opportunities of "the double of the city" now. After primary aerial photography of the territory service will integrate data retrieveds with information of the state inventory. As a result on the card it will be possible to find the land plots which status and borders need to be checked in addition. Such information will help to optimize time of works of cadastral engineers.

The lack of exact data in the uniform state real estate register often leads to disputes between land users. Having preliminary data from 'The digital double', local authorities can more precisely and quicker than a message cadastral works and to enter the updated data in the real estate register. If earlier for primary identification of illegally used lands months and efforts of a large number of specialists were required, then thanks to air shooting and machine vision now on it only several weeks will leave, reported the development director of corporate business of Megafon Natalya Taldykina

Deployment of "the digital double" taking into account aerial photography in the city with the population about 1 million inhabitants will take about 30 days. The cities which are already developing and operating own GIS system and the platform of "the smart city" can integrate them with the solution of Megafon using the documented API.
