The company needed creation of the uniform customer base which would integrate data of all regions of presence. Also for increase in sales and quality of customer interaction integration of CRM, billing and control automation by a precontracted work was required.
According to the results of SAP implementation of CRM and SAP BI it was possible:
- construct an effective funnel of sales;
- carry out the analysis of sales channels and improve customer interaction;
- increase the level of controllability of sales and sales volume in general;
- organize the transparent system of payroll to managers.
