On April 9, 2020 Ingosstrakh announced the accessibility to online settlement according to insurance contracts of property of individuals in mobile application of IngoMobile. Now clients from all regions of presence of the company can declare an insured event "in two clicks".

The user selects the agreement under which he wants to declare incident, fills out all information, puts confirmation, including photos of the damaged property and necessary documents, and sends to Ingosstrakh. The application is supported by consideration of documents from competent authorities depending on an insured event: references of the Public fire service, Federal hydrometeorological service and so forth. In the application the loss is created, then the insurance company informs the client on result of the address.
