2020: Start
On April 10, 2020 the Directorate on development of the cultural centers of Moscow started the portal "Online. Bibliogorod" on which the selection of books and other materials from funds of libraries is collected. Also on the website it is possible to look at concerts, performances and a video interview.
According to the portal of the mayor and the Government of Moscow, on the portal are available four sections. One of them is called "Electronic resources" where Muscovites can find over 20 websites on which electronic editions and audiobooks are posted. To get access to portals, it is necessary to be registered.
In "Electronic resources" the digitized funds of some libraries are available. So, the Central universal scientific library of N.A. Nekrasov opened access to editions of 1564-2001. Among them are present both scientific literature and magazines, and art books. Access to resources of public libraries of St. Petersburg is also open.
In the section "Book recommendations" will prompt to persons interested what books should be read depending on interests and age category. At the section of Video there are different rollers devoted to cultural history and cultural life of Russia. Also visitors can get acquainted with content of YouTube channels of libraries and cultural centers. In the section of Online activity forward translations of different master classes, occupations of sections and circles, lectures, exhibitions and video reviews are available.[1]
Project "Online. Bibliogorod" was started after in Moscow because of spread of a coronavirus of COVID-19 cultural organizations were closed. At the same time they started Internet programs for users. Thanking "Online. Bibliogorodu" it is not necessary to visit every time the websites, pages in social networks and YouTube channels of organizations to find, for example, video lectures or master classes, emphasized in the press service of the capital mayor's office.[2]
