2020: Transition to Microsoft Teams

On April 9, 2020 A101 Group announced transfer of all remote communications between employees and project teams on the Microsoft Teams platform. She allows to carry out far off video conferences, to conduct joint work with documents - both between employees of Group, and with suppliers and partners.

As a result less than in a month communication speed between divisions increased approximately by 60%. So, time expenditure was reduced by internal logistics almost twice at the expense of a possibility of holding remote meetings and operational adjustments in visual materials. It, in particular, accelerates development of project solutions – from a design of territories before construction of separate nodes of the building. Besides, the speed of preparation of documents grew more than by 70% at the expense of a possibility of remote joint work with them.

Process of centralization of communications of 800 specialists of A101 Group using Teams took two months – from December, 2019 to January, 2020. It included integration with telephony via the gateway AudioCodes which server is deployed in a cloud service of Microsoft Azure and also a series of tests under loading. As the technical partner of implementation of Teams in the system of internal communications of Group the Energy Time company acted.

As a result the staff of A101 Group had an opportunity of full access to the information base usually available only at office, from any computer, phone or the tablet. Besides, they can participate in meetings in a format of video conferences and write them if necessary to recollect the necessary information, to conduct simultaneous joint work with documents, to contact any of colleagues, having dialed only the internal phone number.

At a number of specialists of A101 Group work often has traveling character – the Group develops several large platforms at once, offices are located in the different districts of Moscow.
