  • Automation of personnel records and payroll;
  • Reporting in the conditions of constantly changing legislation.

Integration of a personnel management system with other information systems was feature which stood in an implementation project. According to this task, integration with a control system and a time recording at restaurants, with an accounting system was made (Platinum, ERA).

Project Effect

Thanks to personnel management system implementation the BOSS-personnel officer, in Rosinter Restorants company was succeeded to automate all personnel document flow, release of cards of employees, creation of statements for opening of bank cards, etc. Besides, joining of the different information systems implemented in the company eliminates process of "manual" data transfer of a system in a system. It almost completely excludes the probability of duplication of records and emergence of errors in reports. The possibility of completion of necessary functionality in the automated control system for personnel the BOSS-personnel officer became big advantage to the staff of IT department of Rosinter Restorants company. It allowed to solve some private problems and to develop own report forms. For example, own forces solved a problem of data transmission from remote restaurants in the BOSS-personnel officer.
