The national archive of Estonia entrusted the data to Raidix

2020: Implementation of Raidix of DWH

On April 13, 2020 the Raidix company announced a successful completion of implementing solution for data storage under control of RAIDIX software in National archive of Estonia. The project was executed within cooperation of Raidix and Network Tomorrow companies, the Estonian integrator and the supplier of complete information solutions.

The project was complete in the first quarter 2020 with the assistance of technical specialists of two companies. DWH with a capacity more than 1 PB provides reliable data storage of National archive which for April, 2020 includes 10 million records, more than 20 million digital images, 9.5 million meters of records of movies and other archive information.

The solution under control of RAIDIX was selected based on an open competition which was held under the direction of the Ministry educations and sciences Estonia. Due to flexible functionality of managing software and design on the basis of standard component parts it was succeeded to consider all requirements of the customer and to create the solution which as much as possible considers specifics of work of archive.

The Network Tomorrow company joined the affiliate program of Raidix in the 2019th year. The system integrator specializes in complete server solutions which it executes together with the international partners. The portfolio of the company includes solutions for the companies of the different industries and also solutions on the organization of telecasting and archive storage. The project for National archive became the first in the history of cooperation of Network Tomorrow and Raidix.
