IEK transferred service of 1C to an udalyonka in FTO

2020: Transfer of user support of 1C on an udalenka

On April 15, 2020 the FTO company announced that the international producer of electrotechnical products of IEK transferred it user support 1C: Trade Management "Solaris" to improve the service level of internal critical business processes.

Service of 1C is performed in the working days from 9 a.m. till 6 p.m. Moscow time. The selected support service for April, 2020 consists of 4 people. Specialists resolve the issues connected with critical processes – shipments, product sales, warehouse service, help users to resolve the arising issues of work in a system, control documentary exchange of a system of internal 1C with a WMS system.

Support is performed remotely, directly 200 active users from the different cities of presence of IEK company can address to FTO. According to the agreement on the level of service, issues of users are resolved as priority with the standard of execution 1 hour for critical questions, 8 hours – for less urgent and 16 hours – for low-priority.

The management highly appreciated such format of work — now users directly address to FTO, and business experts had free time which can be devoted to development and further optimization of IT infrastructure.
