The solution of Rostec will increase effective management of the Voronezh region in crisis situations

2020: Transfer of the first stage of a system of ensuring public administration by the region in the conditions of a crisis situation

On April 15, 2020 Rostec reported that the Ruselectronics holding put into trial operation to the government of the Voronezh region the first stage of the information and analytical system intended for ensuring public administration by the region in the conditions of a crisis situation.

The software and hardware complex is intended for centralization and support in current status of data on all buildings, constructions, production and infrastructure facilities in the territory of the region, transport, food and non-food resources. A system helps to control security of the region with vehicles, food, the medical equipment, builds logistic routes, creates options of operational management decisions for officials and also allows to monitor execution of instructions.

In case of emergency emergence the complex allows to provide monitoring of a situation and on the basis of the operational and also earlier accumulated data to model and predict development of the situation.

As a part of Ruselectronics the development of an information and analytical system is performed by Sozvezdiye Concern.

Depending on solvable tasks Rostec creates the situational centers with different functionality. The "smart" systems can carry out the complex assessment and the analysis of social and economic processes, to create forecasts, to offer options of actions depending on a situation. The system of the situational centers allows to increase management efficiency due to application of information and communication technologies for monitoring, forecasting of situations and control of execution of instructions, told the chief executive of State Corporation Rostec Oleg Yevtushenko

A system is intended for application in the situational centers of governors and also in authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation and in municipal authorities. The software package displays all data on interactive panels and gives the chance to monitor development of the situation at the same time on several aspects selected by the user.
