On April 15, 2020 the Transporeon company announced automation of logistics of ABI PRODUCT and expansion pulp partners of the company in transport transportations.

ABI PRODUCT is producer of convenient and simple food in preparation from meat. 3 plants with several production sites which products are delivered to 76 regions of the Russian Federation are a part of the company for April, 2020. Reorganization of a system of the product delivery became the important task connected with the dynamic growth of sales volume. In particular, attraction to cooperation of carriers and creation convenient and fully automatic system of the logistics excluding errors of manual work and a paper routine.

We make greatest demands on delivery: all transport transactions should be performed qualitatively and in time. In spite of the fact that we have a pool of permanent suppliers, we are always open for additional opportunities and offers. Such approach allows to remain in the context of the market, to establish connection, to minimize dependence on the current carriers and to try to obtain bigger competitiveness in tender offers, comments Olga Kopylova, the Logistics director of ABI PRODUCT

For implementation of the strategic tasks ABI PRODUCT selected the complete solution Transporeon which includes purchase of transport services through the tender Ticontract platform and operational work on the Transporeon platform. The project began in the middle of 2019, during this time it was succeeded to achieve considerable results:

• reduce transportation costs of the company;
• reduce dependence on carriers and agree on the best conditions on the majority of the directions;
• to completely automate purpose of requests for transport, to eliminate errors and routine transactions;
• implement a control system of accomplishment of transport orders;
• scale the project on all transportations after the test period.

The ABI PRODUCT company set for itself really ambitious task – to feed the whole country with tasty and fresh food from meat.
