Finobox (LooniesDesk)

The developer of the innovation software for participants of small and medium business, SMARTS LLC company, announced the beginning of the program of rebranding of the Looniesdesk project. Since February, 2010 Looniesdesk was renamed into Finobox.

In the conditions of intensive development of the project and taking into account results of the researches conducted among users of a system, the company management of SMARTS LLC came to the decision to replace the name "Looniesdesk" which is not answering fully to the concept of the project with laconic – "Finobox". Changes affected not only the name, but also a system in general that led to emergence of new additional services, optimization of navigation and the system of information input, a new logo and change of domain name (Finobox.ru/com).

Stage of study of the project: development of a reference platform of the program is complete. The project is in a removal stage on the market.

The main direction of a system is provision of services on remote financial accounting by means of LooniesDesk specialized software.

Concept: Rendering services in financial accounting by means of LooniesDesk specialized software – the automated electronic system of accounting of cash flows, generation of reporting and accounting documents, the analysis, processing and safe storage of financial information.

The user of a system is initially provided with basic functions - input of transactions in a system (the innovation automated input), their structuring and ordering, search in earlier entered data. Actions over transactions are performed by means of the bought applications (plug-ins). Users can connect the applications performing functions, for example generation of payment orders, tax declarations, income and expenditure statements necessary for them, carrying out financial audit, creation of diagrams, selection of deposits and the credits. Existence of the open platform for application development promotes almost boundless expansion of functionality and is the main source of profit earning. The innovation software of Looniesdesk.ru contributing to the development of economy and the social sphere, increase in financial literacy of citizens of the Russian Federation is developed and is implemented.
