In the middle of April, 2020 the largest Chinese logistic company SF Express began to use the system of tracking on the basis of a blockchain for protection of the main deliveries, such as drugs and food, during a coronavirus pandemic.

According to data of a courier company, a system "will be able to trace, check and register each transaction in the course of deliveries and to estimate priority of each order".

Also it is reported that SF Express integrates a blockchain with Big Data for creation of the traced logistic network which can be used for assessment of priority of the main goods and risk minimization of falsification or hit of illegal products in a supply chain.

SF Express considers that wide use a blockchain-tekhnlogii and artificial intelligence is absolutely necessary for such companies as Alibaba, SF Express and Apple as all of them work with long and difficult supply chains. Counterfeit products, especially falsification of drugs, become this problem during epidemic, and the blockchain is capable to cope with it at the level of deliveries. The blockchain can also help charitable organizations and the state initiatives in the field of public health care, especially during COVID-19 pandemic.

SF Express notes that during a pandemic tracking of drugs and food will allow not only to control deliveries in the company, but also to help society in general.
