Biography

Was born on March 7, 1975 in the city of Vyborg of the Leningrad Region.

1998: SZAGS

In 1998 graduated from Northwest academy of public service of the Russian academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation (since 2010 - Northwest institute of management - RANEPA branch).

2000: "Youth Unity"

Since 2000 the first deputy chairman of RO of Molodezhnoye Edinstvo LLC of the Leningrad Region.

2001: Municipality Administration Vyborgsky district of the Leningrad Region

In 2001 - 2005 - the deputy of municipal assembly of the "Vyborgsky District of the Leningrad Region" municipal entity.

2005: Council of deputies of MO Vyborg city settlement

In 2005 - 2009 - the deputy of Council of deputies of the Vyborg City Settlement municipal entity.

2006: Legislative assembly of the Leningrad Region

In 2006 - 2010 - the chairman of Public youth chamber at legislative assembly of the Leningrad Region.

2007: Leningrad regional regional department of a batch United Russia

From 2007 to 2010 held positions of the deputy, the first deputy head of regional executive committee of the Leningrad regional regional department of a batch United Russia.

2010: Russian President Administration

From March, 2010 to December, 2012 - the adviser of department of regional policy, the head of the department of work with regions of the Southern and North Caucasian federal districts of Russian President's Domestic Policy Directorate.

From December, 2012 to February, 2017 worked as the Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the North Caucasian Federal District.

Since February, 2017 held a position of the Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Northwestern Federal District.

2017: Governor of the Pskov region

On October 12, 2017 Mikhail Vedernikov was appointed the acting as the governor of the Pskov region.

On September 17, 2018 officially entered a position of the Governor of the Pskov region.

It is awarded with the Certificate of honor of the Russian President, has Gratitude of the Russian President.
