2015: RegionSoft CRM 6.0
On November 2, 2015 the RegionSoft Developer Studio company announced release of release of RegionSoft CRM 6.0. Its structure includes the changes aimed at improvement of effective management of business of any scale. Many changes are made taking into account real client experience and wishes of the companies of different fields of activity.

Changes in CRM:
- In CRM several new mechanisms appeared: special offers for separate nomenclature positions, promotion actions for support of retail sales, price level on clusters of clients and individual price lists, the Commodity Matrix mechanism with characteristics of suppliers, history and validity periods of entry costs. RegionSoft Retail support – POS systems for automation of retail sales is implemented. Integration with a retail store equipment is developed for work as a back office of retail store: trade scales, the data collection terminals (DCT), implement printing of price labels.
- The KPI mechanism (key indicators and motivation) is finished. The new KPI model allows to create indicators of any complexity. The master of KPI allows even to the unprepared user to create necessary indicators and profiles in 1 minute.
- RegionSoft CRM has the full-fledged built-in e-mail client. Integration into external programs is not required (the e-mail client works for sending and acceptance of mail with support of the POP3 and IMAP protocols). A system has the E-mail magazine in which letters are attached to clients and contact persons.
- Opportunities for work with telephony are expanded. New parameters for more granular control of connection to SIP providers are available. 2014: RegionSoft CRM 5.0
Significant changes occurred in the most popular editions RegionSoft CRM Professional and Enterprise. Especially It should be noted 5 key innovations.
1. Logistics and production. In edition RegionSoft CRM Enterprise the functionality of logistics is expanded. Integrated management of production is exercised via the mechanism of command center of sales: when obtaining the order from the client the analysis of existence of goods is made, - if the company has the production, in case of a lack of products it is possible to send the request for manufacturing directly from the system interface. In command center sales provide the logistic analysis: supply requisitions of necessary products form and go to several partners from whom the final supplier with the optimal offer is selected. In the course of delivery of products the status of goods, tracking number, the status of calculations and documents is traced. For those who need it account of a returnable container is kept. In the updated module "Production" it is possible to keep account of production resources, accounting of loading of resources, to build the calendar of accounting of production resources, to conduct process of multistage production.
