Sberbank automated formation of tax declarations on the property tax

2020: Implementation in commercial operation of the assorted module "Property tax" "Accounting of taxes"

On April 20, 2020 the Aplana company reported that Sberbank automated formation of tax declarations on the property tax. The bank implemented the assorted module "Property tax" "Accounting of taxes" which the company "develops Aplan in commercial operation. Development center". This innovation allowed bank to reduce terms of formation of declarations on the property tax and to exclude the errors connected with "a human factor".

Need for automation is connected with the fact that a large number of objects real estate on which, according to the Tax Code RUSSIAN FEDERATION, the bank is obliged to calculate independently a tax is owned by Sberbank and to submit tax declarations of century FTS Russia. Proceeding from this requirement "Aplana. Development center" implemented the system allowing on the basis of primary data to calculate the amount of tax and to prepare tax statements — both annual declarations, and quarterly expense reports.

Primary account of a real estate in bank is kept in the SAP ERP system from where data by objects are unloaded in a subsystem "Property tax". On the basis of these data in a subsystem primary forms are created. They are checked and consolidated, and then on their basis the uniform summary form by territories forms. In a summary form all necessary indicators for preparation of the declaration are calculated.

At introduction of adjustments for last periods the adjusting primary forms containing only those changes which need to be considered form. On their basis the consolidated forms in the adjusting period which become sources for the summary adjusting form are created.

When calculating the property tax a system considers a set of parameters: real estate project cost (residual or cadastral), presence of the areas taken out of service and tax benefits, the tax rate size.

On creation of the module "Property tax" at a command "Aplana. Development center" only several months left. For April, 2020 a system is approved in actual practice: Sberbank prepares for formation and submission of the reporting current financial year.
