Avtodok — the automation system of work with documents. Allows to fill packets from several documents MS Word and MS Excel from one form which is created automatically by you independently. Conducts complete archive and can make different registers of the completed documents. It is very convenient in the network version as the cheap instrument of automation of the majority of processes of the enterprise.
The average manager spends up to 70 % of the working time for filling of standard and standard documents, using standard means of MS Office. Often the manager should drive in several times into different forms the same customer information, trying to discover the necessary fields in the document. Often at this stage employees make the majority of mistakes which lead to additional dead time, and sometimes, and to serious problems.
Principle of system operation

Functionality
The Avtodok system was developed for the purpose of optimization of routine work of the person with documents therefore all making systems were implemented most clear and user-friendly. Local and network version of a system. The Avtodok system has 2 versions: Local and Network. The network version allows to store on a centralized basis document templates and to store all created documents in one place.
Local version
Preparation of documents
- Places the terminations in required cases for a surname, a name and a middle name. The user always enters the Full Name in a nominative case
- Automatically creates copy-books for the entered dates, the amounts
- Automatically prints the set number of documents
- Allows to work and perform automatic validations of input for the following types: Money, Line, Text, Integer number, Fractional number.
- Allows to work with composite types and automatically creates text blocks for: Full name, Passport data, Details of the organization, Postal address, Data of the car
- Brings the entered signing up in archive
- At data entry perhaps 2 operation modes. In the 1st mode the user sees before himself entry form on which all fields are shown. In the 2nd mode the user sees only the current data entry field and the place in the document MS Word or the MS Excel where this field will be substituted. The user can switch between 2 modes "on the fly".

- Search in archive in all writing fields

Ensuring safe work with data
- A system allows to configure automatic creation of the backup copy of all data with a possibility of recovery.
- Login can be protected by the login and the password.

- For convenience of work the user can cause a document package on filling through the Start-up Wndows menu, having specified the necessary scenario in the menu.
Network version
The network version of a system has the same functions, as the local version, and in addition to them has still the following feature set.
The centralized repository
- All users see one set of scenarios - they are available on accomplishment to all, and on editing - only with access rights
- The centralized archive of records is conducted. The user with the rights of the administrator can browse all records of archive, the user with the Manager's rights - only the records entered by him.
- The centralized repository of document templates is conducted. The user with the rights of the Administrator can make changes to templates. The version history of templates is kept (it is possible to browse who and when changed a template, the previous versions of a template).
Separation of access on roles
- In a system 3 roles are entered: Administrator, Manager, Operator of the server. The manager can only fill out documents, but has no access to creation and editing scenarios.
- The user with a role the Administrator has an opportunity to add/delete/block users
Version 2.0
The main changes in version 2.0 in comparison with version 1.x:
- Considerably (more than by 50 times!) the generation engine of documents is accelerated. The generation engine of documents is completely changed.
- For work Avtodok 2.0 it is not necessary to set Microsoft Office on the computer
For work of version 1.x on the computer of the user Microsoft Office had to be set. There is no such requirement now.
- There was an opportunity to work with Open Office.
Version 2.5
Having carried out the analysis of the template created by you, a system automatically transfers it to a form for filling. All entered data change a system depending on use case.
The Avtodok system allows to solve the following problems in the shortest possible time:
- optimization of time spent on filling of documentation;
- control of literacy and lack of "a human factor", i.e., losses of concentration of attention when filling documents;
- maintaining, automatic preserving of documents in a certain place;
- more eventful working day due to lack of routine work.
The program has advanced functionality and is created in the simplest and clear form for the normal user. Program installation Avtodok will not cause particular problems as the application is supported by the majority of OS: Windows 2000 Service Pack 4; Windows Server 2003; Windows XP Service Pack 2; Windows 7; Windows 8. Besides, conditions of the Avtodoka installation are at least 96 MB of RAM (though it is ideal if it is 256 MB), 500 MB of a free space of the hard drive and 400 MHz Pentium or the similar processor.
