2020: Submission of the Fakultetus platform

The Fakultetus company, the resident Klastera of information technologies of Skolkovo Foundation, submitted the Digital Career Medium online platform. It helps students to find work, and to employers – the perspective young employees. Service is provided for universities free of charge. Skolkovo reported about it on April 23, 2020.

Fakultetus is a uniform online platform. On it the profile of university – digital career medium where students place the summaries, and employers of a vacancy is created. On the platform, including, job fairs are held.

Students see all vacancies existing not only in day of a fair, but also placed earlier. Employers fixes responses, can accept and get them access to contacts of the applicant. To students, in this case, instructions about further actions come. In day of a fair to employers access to student's base with filters – search in faculty, the direction and other criteria opens.

It appeared, all student's career dvizhukha can be done online - with personal accounts, the built-in testing from employers, etc. And employers were convinced that it is possible to work with students online in the single digitized system, but not by e-mail. As for the universities, our tool allows them to control completely process, told Sergey Vishchipanov, the CEO of Fakultetus company

The solution 'Digital Career Medium' from Fakultetus allows to transfer process of professional self-identification of the student to online. Especially it is important for students of technical specialties who in the majority prefer online formats of activities on employment and development of career. It is pleasant to note that universities and employers show high interest in the solution: for April, 2020 more than 30 leading universities use it in the pilot mode for transfer of career actions for employment and the organization of practice of students to online. In 2020 interest in the solution in connection with an epidemiological situation will increase, universities and employers should adapt quickly under the developed reality, noted Dmitry Starikov, the project manager Klastera of information technologies of Skolkovo Foundation

Large Russian employers – Gazprom, the Russian Railway, ANCOR participate in job fairs using the Fakultetus platform.
