2020: Announcement of the automation system of activity of operational staff

The Ruselectronics holding announced on April 24, 2020 State Corporation Rostec that it developed an information system for automation of activities of regional operational staff for fight against a coronavirus. The solution aggregates all hot lines in uniform contact center and provides information exchange between different departments. For April 24 elements of a system are already unrolled based on MFC of the Voronezh region.

The solution of Rostec automates work of operational staff on fight against a coronavirus

The hardware and software system accumulates the data arriving from the medical organizations, contact center and regional executive authorities on the uniform server. A system analyzes the acquired information, builds reports in a schedule type and tables, brings information on spread of a virus to the local map and also provides analytical information for further forecasting of development of the situation and acceptance of management decisions. As a part of Ruselectronics of State Corporation Rostec the project conducts Sozvezdiye concern.

The efficiency of the taken measures directly depends on completeness and efficiency of data on quickly changing situation in the region. The information system allows to control all aspects of an epidemiological situation and provides exchange of reliable data between profile services and departments, – the CEO of Sozvezdiye concern Mikhail Artyomov noted.

According to developers, the functionality of a system allows to aggregate data of medical information systems on the active calls which came to service of ambulance, location of medical crews and also on the available and involved beds, including resuscitation and equipped with ventilators. A system allows physicians even before arrival into place to study the questionnaire of the patient completed with the operator in mobile application.
