PSS and SMT Engineering: Contactless hand sanitizer

2020: The presentation of contactless hand sanitizer with the built-in dashboard

On April 24, 2020 it became known that the companies "Advanced systems of self-service" and "SMT Engineering" released (PSS) joint development - contactless hand sanitizer with the built-in dashboard. This device is intended for processing of hands by an anti-septic tank in places of public use, in places of rendering services to the population and also in business centers and offices that in conditions pandemics is very important.

In this project SMT Engineering was responsible for "iron", and "The advanced systems of self-service" – for a program part which includes special software for control of a single device and also the monitoring system of the park of devices implemented on the basis of own software platform of Internet of Things "by PSS. Platform. Use of this platform allows to keep track far off of efficiency of disinfectors, to place and change content on an information display and also to switch on and off automatic machines.

For April, 2020 several options of booths for disinfection of hands of different flowers with a possibility of branding as in floor, and wall execution are released. And installation of the automatic machine requires no more than 1 sq.m of the area that substantially simplifies tasks of its installation and placement.

Upper part of the device is equipped with the built-in display with a diagonal of 15.6' with the centralized and local management for demonstration of any information (news, the notification and so forth). In the lower part at convenient height there is a disinfection camera with a touch dispenser which works automatically as soon as hands of the person appear under the sensor. The dispenser is supplied with the nozzles generating a cloud from microscopic drops of sanitizer or skin antiseptics that provides the greatest efficiency of drawing and economy of a consumption of filler. Liquid antiseptics with a total volume of 1-3 ml it is sprayed on hands without touch to the self-service device and by that provides the guaranteed purity without viruses and bacteria. The automatic doser skin the antiseptics has several operation modes and is on average capable to process hands about 500 people at one gas station. Installation of the contactless disinfector will allow to cut down expenses on the electric power, water, paper towels and soap.

In present realities security of employees and visitors from viruses and bacteria in public places undoubtedly is one of priority tasks in respect of prevention and warning of spread of an infection. Similar devices should be present at all administrative agencies and at premises of the organizations where the big flow of people is observed, as we know, infectious diseases are taktilno transmitted to 80% of cases, but not in the airborne way. The contactless disinfector – a modern method of support of necessary level of hygiene in any place, especially construction assumes also it to be used as mobile office for disinfection of hands, ensuring hygienic safety for visitors on any actions, visiting sessions, big conferences where considerable inflow of guests and participants is expected, – Vitaly Tkanov, the commercial director of the company "noted PSS.
