ConsID carried out integration of RTs Pharmlayn into the Fair Sign system

2020: Integration into the Fair Sign system

On April 27, 2020 ConsID company, the Russian developer and integrator of professional IT systems for management of a warehouse (WMS), Pharmlayn with the Fair Sign system announced a successful completion of the project on integration of the distribution center. Integration is carried out using the solution ConsID GIS in 2 months with preserving of continuity of work of a warehouse.

The Pharmlayn company is a supplier of hospital medicines, medical products and vaccines of the leading global and Russian manufacturers. Due to the introduction in Russia of the law on obligatory marking of medicines before the company there was a problem of connection to a single national system of marking and traceability of goods "The fair sign" and an information system of monitoring of the movement of medicines (ICs MDLP). The Pharmlayn company as the supplier of the solution selected ConsID, having estimated its experiment on implementation of integration projects with the Fair Sign system.

In warehouses of the company accounting of transactions is made in a 1C system. For ensuring automatic registration in the IC MDLP of all performed operations with goods, the solution ConsID GIS was implemented. ConsID GIS is the ready integration module with high capacity and reliability intended for warehouses with big intensity of transactions and allowing to perform automatically without participation of the operator bilateral data exchange between a corporate system and the Fair Sign system.

ConsID GIS allows to register confirmation of accomplishment by warehouse personnel of the following operations on each unique individual packaging of drugs:

• Data loading on arrival from MDLP to 1C with a direct order of acceptance;
• Unloading of data on acceptance from 1C in MDLP with the direct/return order of acceptance;
• Unloading of data on shipment from 1C to MDLP;
• Shipment of goods to the unregistered participant in MDLP;
• Accounting of hierarchy of transport packagings at the movement of products;
• Disbandment of transport packaging;
• Aggregation before transport packaging;
• Inclusion/withdrawal of goods in/from transport packaging;
• Response the seller of a part of the goods transferred to the buyer;
• Canceling of earlier registered own transaction;
• Transfer of goods on destruction;
• Output and repeated input of goods in turnover.

In addition to integration the ConsID command unrolled for several jobs the web portal via which employees of a warehouse can browse information on the expected arrivals of goods, confirm and partially cancel its acceptance and shipment of orders, to browse the orders and their statuses shipped from a warehouse in the MDLP system, to create reports.

The solution ConsID GIS is going to be scaled in 5 regional warehouses of Pharmlayn company.
