2020: Release on the market of the antenna switching unit RST-CMT

On April 27, 2020 the RST-Invent company announced an output to the Russian market of RFID technologies of the device for creation of the automated RFID solutions with one-time control of a large number of zones.

Specialists of department of technologies and developments together with engineers of project department of RST-Invent created the Antenna switching unit RST-CMT intended for simultaneous connection to 64 RFID antennas to one stationary reader. Such solution is relevant for goods control on interactive racks, smart shelves, in refrigerators or vending machines, consider in RST-Invent.

According to the producer, for option of installation of the RFID equipment to the box the Antenna switching unit is executed in the form of the printed circuit board that allowed to reduce cost value of the device significantly. On a payment microelements of switching of management, universal antenna SMA-F connectors are mounted, and for simplicity of installation of switches it is possible to use normal patchkord RJ-45 type. For management big the number of antennas the possibility of cascade connection up to 4 switches is provided.

Program component of the Antenna switching unit RST-CMT – the software of RST-MAR-MW which provides its compatibility with the leading models of the stationary readers Impinj and Zebra and also integration into all portal readers of production of RST-Invent for effective work as a part of a hardware and software system, noted in RST-Invent.

"The software of RST-MAR-MW allows to read out automatically data from RFID tags and to transfer the acquired information to the database.
