"Circuit" automated work with requirements of tax authorities in "Tinkoff Business"

API allowed to integrate obtaining requirements into the information system Tinkoff and almost completely to automate process of their processing on all chain: registration of incoming requests-> appointment of contractors-> preparation and document retrieval in the different systems of bank-> check and sending a ready set. At the same time it is not required to change the size and a format of documents manually — the inventory forms automatically in seconds. All attached documents are converted into the necessary formats approved by FTS then transferred to tax specialists from an information system of bank. Time of processing of requirements was reduced from 10 to 1-2 minutes, and the number of the employees involved in process decreased from 10 to 7 people.

At the request of Tinkoff developers of the Circuit added additional features in API. Recognition of date and number of requirements and also a TIN of the partner allows when obtaining the requirement at once to define on what partner to look for documents. There was also an opportunity to control filling of a document package and its readiness for sending on the color indicator, without coming into it. Integration into the information systems Tinkoff took two months.

Potential of use of API on it is not exhausted. Tinkoff improved process of work with requirements of the tax inspection on b2b-clients, but after additional settings using API it is possible to automate processes and in other departments.
