HRM: A ranking of HRM software suppliers to number of the processed accounts

On number of the processed accounts in HRM systems implemented at the Russian enterprises first place is won by SAP company, in the second place AiT Soft, in the third place  — Oracle, BOSS. Personnel systems closes top four.

As showed the analysis to information on 220 implementation projects of the HRM systems, on number processed by solutions of this class of accounts with a considerable separation disclosed by vendors the German developer SAP (in mySAP ERP HCM 43.9 % of all records are processed) is in the lead, domestic AiT Soft takes the second place (20.4 % of accounts), the American Oracle closes top three (14.2 %). On the fourth place  — BOSS. Personnel systems (12.8 %), the fifth place is taken by Compass (1.4 %), the sixth place for Robertson&Blums (1.2 %), Microsoft takes the seventh position (1.1 %), the eighth place is shared by Epicor|Scala and "Informkontakt" (on 0.9 %), on the ninth place TRICS (0.7 %) and closes ten 1C.

Presence among the leaders of the rating on number of the processed accounts of solutions of SAP and Oracle companies reflects the fact that less numerous projects on implementing solutions of these vendors are very volume and are conducted on the large Russian enterprises. Besides, all solutions which entered into top four use the powerful Oracle DBMS providing a technological capability to work with superlarge volumes of data. A certain exception is here the AiT Soft company which high position in this rating is explained not so much by project scope (though this factor is present here), how many them quantity. In general, as well as in rating on the number of projects, positions of vendors, correlate with estimates of functionality of their solutions.
