2020: Transfer of support of NSI
On April 28, 2020 the FTO company reported that for the purpose of optimization internal IT of service the trade and production holding RusClimat transferred it maintenance of users 1C:Enterprise 8 of MDM Management of the normative reference information.
A system is intended for centralized operation by key master data of the company, provides uniform input, management of qualifiers and control of duplication, is integrated with CRM and the ERP system and also a large amount of information bases. It is used by the staff of all branches of holding from Vladivostok to Kaliningrad as a uniform entry point of data.
Support is performed within the agreement SLA, from 7 a.m. till 6 p.m. Moscow time. Regulations of the solution user requests – 2, 4, 12 hours depending on priority. Addresses arrive through internal service desk the system of the customer.
Except support the staff of FTO is engaged in recovery of technical documentation of a system (versions and purpose of reference books, roles of users, the mechanism of exchange with the third-party systems) which will be used in the future as a basis for development of the user instructions.
The companies are going to expand cooperation in the direction of support and also in the nearest future to perform completions and additional integration of 1C of systems.
