Made separation of functions of the portal in three directions:
- Staff of GROHE group:
- Operators
- Service centers.
Implemented the directory of goods, the section "Updating of the price list". Goods are loaded into cybersecurity CRM Directories.
Created an opportunity to create the warranty report. At clique transition to the page with a form of creation of the warranty address. The form is filled step by step, each step is selected with a tab on top of a form. Before filling of all obligatory fields of the current step it is impossible to pass to following, but an opportunity to drop into the previous walk and to change already completed data is given.
The portal is integrated with the website i.e. if on the website to fill a form on warranty service, data are included in the transaction in CRM on the portal.
Integration of the Registration of an Electronic Guarantee form with the CRM system
When adding the request for registration of an electronic guarantee on the website (Registration of an Electronic Guarantee form) these forms go to the portal and are entered in the transaction with the Electronic Guarantees direction.
