Execution

An intranet system has also been created in which all process participants can solve work issues. First of all, this is the submission and acceptance of applications: the creation of a pass, waste removal, technical work, administrative, economic and preventive work. To speed up feedback, they made automatic distribution of applications to departments, color marking of the status of the application and notification.

The second is documents. On the intranet, the tenant can easily work with documents, change details, compile and send a daily and monthly revenue report.

Marketing activities are an important part of the work of the shopping center. To coordinate the promotional activity offline, update the ad or make a publication on the social networks of the mall, you can contact the portal in the section "Marketing."

Each room undergoes a number of administrative and fire safety inspections during the year. In the intranet, MALLTECH employees create a calendar of checks and a check list with its parameters. Tenants see the calendar and can prepare. After checking, the missing parameters become violation points. It is made that the fields with legal information are automatically completed, and the manager can only send the tenant a ready official order with a list of violations.

The public part of the portal is implemented on React through the Single Page Application for quick page loading.

Implemented multilevel approval of documents, conducted integration with the bus of data the Customer and RabbitMQ. Developed a role matrix, implemented the unloading and binding of roles to users in 1C: SED.
