2020: Plans of creation of two ICs
JSC NPK VTISS ("VTISS") entering into JSC RTI won two tenders for development of the State information system "Unified Electronic Cartographic Basis" (GIS EEKO) and the State information system "The federal portal of space data (GIS FPPD) for Federal State Budgetary Institution of Federalny nauchno-tekhnichesky center geodezii, kartografii i infrastruktury prostranstvennykh dannykh (Federal State Budgetary Institution Center of Geodesy, Cartography and IPD). On April 29, 2020 the RTI company reported about it.
Within the contract it is going to create the modern global IT platform for providing public authorities, local government authorities, physical persons and legal entities with space and geospatial data and also for monitoring of relevance of a cartographic basis.
Works within the agreement will consist of three stages. The first stage – engineering design, the second stage – software development and the work documentation, preliminary tests of EIS EEKO and EIS FPPD, and the third stage – commissioning of a ready-made product.
Projects which we will do for Federal State Budgetary Institution Center of Geodesy, Cartography and IPD are on the one hand unknown for us – we will work on an ACS and the portal where other algorithms and morphology of a request will be implemented. We will create singular elements of AI. With another – they fixing of our achievements in already ready systems - uninterrupted operation of work, the number of the connected users, speed of a response, etc, - the deputy CEO for an ACS of JSC RTI Alexander Litvinov noted. |
Specific solutions on structure of software tools, activity languages, algorithms of procedures and transactions and methods of their implementation will be provided to the Customer within engineering design of GIS within a month.
The cost of each project is 84 million rubles. Completion date of all stages is determined by both agreements by the public contract – on December 10, 2020.
