European center of researches of safety of George Marshall

The center was created by the Pentagon according to Powell's proposal (the chief of the Integrated headquarters of the USA) and under Paul Wolfowitz's coaching. The center of Marshall is located in the German Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

The center is engaged in collecting and information analysis about a status of armed forces, optimization of National Institutes of security, training for law enforcement agencies of countries of Eastern Europe, the CIS and Central Asia.

Training in the Center there passed generals and the senior officers practically of all states of the former USSR.

Trained in the Center including the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Mackay.

For 2020 the special program exists for training of the senior officers of armies of Ukraine and the Baltics.

History

2020: The director of the center is appointed the ambassador of the USA in Ukraine

In May, 2020 it became known that the director of the European center of researches of safety of George Marshall in Germany 71-year-old general Keith Deyton will become the ambassador of the USA in Ukraine. It represents the interests of Democratic party. Is a supporter of the idea of transformation of Ukraine into a sanitary cordon against Russia.

Dayton was the director of the center more than 10 years. Personally was responsible for the organization of rates for residents, information and propaganda programs and for creation of the international and interdepartmental network of 14 thousand government officials from 156 countries in the field of studying of the international security, defense and foreign affairs.

Since 2018 Keith Deyton official adviser of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. Actively was engaged in development of military policy and reform of AFU. Rates for Ukrainians on carrying out defense reforms and fight against corruption became one of the last projects of Dayton in the Center of George Marshall.

Dayton worked as the military attache in the U.S. Embassy in Moscow. Was trained at Institute of U.S. Army on studying of Russia in Garmishe. Perfectly knows Russian. Was the director of reconnaissance operations of the Pentagon in Iraq and the coordinator in the Palestinian-Israeli contacts.

It is curious that purpose of Dayton to Ukraine matched appointment as the ambassador of the USA in Minsk Juli Fisher. According to, Fisher and Dayton were repeatedly crossed in work and are personally familiar.

1998

The center of Marshall is located in the German Garmisch-Partenkirchen. In the same place in the late nineties Yeltsin' family as media reported , purchased the Lyaytenshlyossel lock on Wilchelm-fon-Mueller Weg. Reported that there saw Tatiana Diatchenko accompanied by Boris Berezovsky.

In Garmishe the Institute of U.S. Army on studying of Russia where in the 1990th representatives of the MFA and the Russian armed forces and also the staff of scientific institutes of Academy of Sciences trained worked. It is possible that Dyachenko and Berezovsky's arrival then was connected with visit of this institute.
