Belkamneft (HRMS BOSS-personnel officer)

JSC Belkamneft is formed in 1997. Today is the leader of the oil and gas industry of the Udmurt Republic in a number of key indicators. From the moment of creation of the enterprise more than 25 million tons of oil were extracted. Entry into the structure of Russneft allows the enterprise to increase systematically the volume of production and significantly contributes to its development and growth. The Russneft company is in ten the largest oil companies of the country. Its structure includes 21 mining companies, 2 oil refineries and own sales networks of gas station located in 14 regions of Russia and the CIS. Number of staff of the Company is more than 20 thousand employees.
