Mondi of SLPK received uniform base of the examined cars thanks to "The mobile reporter of PGK"

2019: Implementation of Mobile Reporter of PGK service

On May 6, 2020 Freight One (FO) reported that Mobile Reporter of PGK service "Mondi Syktyvkarskomu LPK" (Mondi of SLPK) helped the representative of the Russian pulp and paper industry – to accelerate acceptance of the covered cars for loading and to optimize labor costs. The application – development of the operator which helps clients to estimate a condition of the sent cars quickly.

Mondi of SLPK uses "The mobile reporter of PGK" since September, 2019. The company of the first of partners of operator got access to the web version of service. As of May, 2020 using a system 455 inspections are performed. In case of failure detection specialists of PGK instantly receive the notification with photos. Giving of replacement takes, on average, up to 1 day.

"A system provides quick reaction on the arriving requests, significantly saving the client's time and also increases the culture of use of the carriage park. In the I quarter 2020 the number of users of "The mobile reporter of PGK" increased to 452 inspectors (+65 external users since the beginning of year), a total quantity of inspections of cars for the end of March – over 10 thousand. In the nearest future in service information on technical characteristics of cars will appear. Besides, integration of a system with "A personal account of the client of PGK" is planned.
