The administration of Mr. Bogoroditsk of the Bogoroditsky region of Tula region automates document flow

In administration of Mr. Bogoroditsk of the Bogoroditsky region of Tula region the project on workflow automation based on the system Case developed by Electronic Office Systems (EOS) company started. The project is kept by SoftExpert company.

Earlier document flow of Administration was automated using the solution developed by specialists of Administration of Tula region. However when using a system there were difficulties with search by the document and drawing up reports. There was no opportunity to receive the report on document flow of the organization in general. A system did not perform transfer of documents and resolutions in the organization.

Within the Electronic Russia implementation of the program of Mr. Bogoroditsk by administration the decision to create a single system of the automated document flow based on the software product Case was made.

Implementation of a new system will allow to perform transfer by e-mail and the subsequent automatic document registration with resolutions of officials of Administration of Tula region. At the same time in the e-mail to the addressee the registration card of the document and files attached to it goes that is convenient for work with the citizens' appeals arriving from superior organizations.

Besides, using the implemented system document retrieval in base for any period will be performed, to form statistic reports on work with citizens' appeals and also to form dynamic reports in which the document list is output, created at the request of specialists of administration.
