On May 8, 2020 the company "1C-KPD" announced expansion of functionality "1C: ERP Enterprise Management" using the module "1C-efficiency:Time recording". The complex information management system business is added with the instrument of tracking of working time of employees that in turn considerably simplified processes personnel managements and payroll - some of key functions "1C:ERP Enterprise management".

According to the company, "1C: ERP Enterprise Management" also the solution "1C-KPD is directed to receiving the most complete and up-to-date information about processes of the company: The time recording" expands these opportunities. The module allows to keep a time recording, based on information of employees. After expansion installation, users have a special form where they should bring information on the spent working time. Besides, the module supports accounting in three modes: in a quantitative index, in a time indicator and the combined mode. In the mode of a quantitative index the module considers, for example, how many it was carried out documents of certain types by the user. In the mode of a time indicator the module considers what is the time the user carried out in documents of a certain type. The combined mode shows information of two indicators at once and cross analyzes data retrieveds.

In the experience we often had to solve problems of automation of working time, and often this requirement arose not in EDMS, and, for example, in an accounting system. The scenario of use of the module of a time recording in ERP can be performed as simple fixation of the carried-out tasks by the employee for change, and as automatic calculation of the executed transactions, for example, by the clerk or the cashier.
